This tanto is made by Kanemaki, who was originally from Kanazawa but moved to Komatsu after being summoned by Maeda Toshitsune. He also forged in Takaoka, Etchu. This tanto features a well-forged jigane with mokume and chikei, and a bright nioiguchi with ko-nie based hamon.
