This is a gendaito katana made by Kanenari. The blade has a moderate torii-zori curvature and a medium-sized point. The hamon is a chôji pattern reminiscent of Sue-Bizen Sukesada, with ashi and a komaru boshi. The sword is mounted in a koshirae.
