This is a large wakizashi by the modern swordsmith and martial artist Kiyotsugu Matsunaga. The blade features a broad and powerful appearance with a stunning Soshu-den style hamon, and its long tang provides excellent balance. It comes with koshirae, making it ideal for tameshigiri (test cutting) and a rare find among modern wakizashi.
