Description

This is a katana by Hamabe Minryushi Toshizane, a swordsmith active in Inaba during the late Edo period, who later worked in Edo. The blade is accompanied by a koshirae featuring a tsuba depicting a Moguriryu, shibuichi fuchikashira with floral designs, and menuki with a mushroom motif. It is certified as Tokubetsu Hozon.
