This is an exciting gendai tanto by Horii Toshihide, considered one of the most outstanding Gendai smiths. It features a nioi-deki suguha hamon with ko-nie and a ko-itame kitae with masame mixed in. The blade is in nice old polish and is accompanied by a silver habaki and a shira-saya.
