Description

Fuchi-kashira featuring the scene of Inamuragasaki, made by Nagamine in Kyoto, Yamashiro province during the mid Edo period. The fittings are made of shakudo with nanako ground and high relief carving with gold, silver, and copper accents. The scene depicts Nitta Yoshisada praying to the sea god at Inamuragasaki.
