This katana is estimated to be from the Edo period and features a gunome-choji hamon, characteristic of Bizen craftsmanship. The blade is crafted in the shinogi-zukuri style with a torii-zori curvature and a ko-kissaki. The koshirae has a wavy design on the kashira and fuchi, and a floral design on the menuki.
