This is an unsigned katana from the early Muromachi period, featuring a rare Unokubi-zukuri sugata and flowing Itame hada. The hamon is a continuous Gunome-midare with a small kissaki. The nakago is suriage with a Kiri-gata end and two short Soe-hi on both sides. It comes with a copper habaki and a black Ishime saya with a metal reinforcement at the kojiri, though the saya has a 4.5cm x 2mm hole. The koshirae includes an iron tsuba with an orikaeshi-mimi.
