Description

This is a fuchi-kashira set made by Yamashita Bokusen, a Kyoto metalworker, during the middle Edo period. The set features a dragon on the fuchi and a tiger on the kashira, both carved in katakiri-bori technique. It comes with an NBTHK Hozon Tosogu certificate and is housed in a custom-made paulownia box.
