Description

This is a tsuba made by Kanshiro from Higo province during the Edo period. The tsuba features a design of floral petals, myoga (ginger), and flying geese. It is made of iron with openwork carving and gold nunome zogan inlay, and has been certified as Hozon by the NBTHK.
