Description

This is an unsigned wakizashi, guaranteed by NBTHK Hozon, believed to be from the late Muromachi period, circa 1600. It features a slightly wide and thin blade with a big kissaki, exhibiting ko-itame hada and gunome midare hamon with sunagashi, characteristic of the Echizen Seki tradition. The sword comes with a unified koshirae themed with autumnal nature, including chrysanthemums and other seasonal motifs.
