This is a lovely Goto Renjo Kozuka featuring a beautiful black shakudo nanako background with a shishi lion motif. Goto Renjo (1628-1707) was the 10th mainline master of the Goto school, born as the 4th son of Goto Sokujo, and studied under Goto Teijo.
