Description

This is a fuchi kashira set depicting a botan shishi (peony and lion) design, signed by Fusataka. The fittings are made of shakudo nanakoji and feature high relief carving with inlaid colored enamel. They date to the Edo period and are certified as Hozon Tosogu by the NBTHK.
