This is an unsigned Senbiki Saru Sukashi Tsuba attributed to Yagami from Hizen province, dating to the late Edo period. Made of iron, it features a unique design of a thousand monkeys forming a continuous chain around the rim. The tsuba measures 7.46cm in height, 7.0cm in width, and has a thickness of 0.59cm at the seppadai.
